Thanks so much for taking a few minutes to learn a little about me.
It all started years ago...
Just out of the military and fresh from college, I had arrived in Los Angeles, ready to start a brand-new career. I was also recently divorced, broke, and living out of my car!
Back then, the math was simple: "If I don't succeed, I don't eat!"
Soon, I found myself freelancing for a national ad agency, working with a client who was under the gun and desperate for immediate results. Clearly identifying the problem, assessing the landscape, uncovering key insights, and implementing a solution, I led the team to achieve what many folks thought was improbable...even impossible:
Converting the brand's -40% losses into a +69% rebound.
Lesson Learned: Crisis = Opportunity
Emerging from those early years, I was hooked - not just hooked on the idea of human driving behavior, but also seeking out those organizations and situations that faced the toughest battles...where risk was high and success was anything but certain.
